Minority Report 1st international event in Delft
On 9 June 2026, we hosted the Minority Report first international event in Delft (NL) under the umbrella of the New European Bauhaus Festival as an officially recognised NEB Satellite Event.
Titled “Co-creating Green & Climate Resilient Cities”, the event brought together over 40 participants from research, policy, industry and practice, alongside representatives from eight EU-funded projects working on climate resilience, sustainable urban transformation and innovation in the built environment.
The event was coordinated by E2ARC and brought together the seven projects of the Resilience of the Built Environment Cluster — CARMINE, CLIMRES, MAIA, MULTICARE, MULTICLIMACT, MINORITY REPORT and RETIME. GreenInCities project complemented the event, contributing expertise in urban regeneration through nature-based solutions and participatory design. Together, the seven cluster projects represent over 110 partner organisations across Europe and New Zealand and a combined EU investment of nearly €50 million, reflecting a substantial collective effort to strengthen climate resilience in the built environment.
The event explored resilience through three interconnected thematic pillars:
People – focusing on co-creation, stakeholder engagement and social inclusion;
Places – addressing place-based resilience, nature-based solutions and adaptive building systems;
Tools – presenting digital technologies, monitoring systems and innovation pathways for implementation.
