The webinar "Practical, collaborative tools for the just implementation of Nature-Based Solutions in communities: JUSTPlanT" is a conversation on shaping sustainable cities and equitable green transitions in practice.
In this talk, Prof. Dr. Sonia Gantioler (Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf, University of Applied Sciences) discusses her first-hand experiences leading the Nature-based Solutions project JUSTNature, compiled into a practical toolkit called JUSTPlanT. This method kit is designed to provide creative and collaborative tools to facilitate in the co-creation of NbS, focusing especially on ecological justice. Dr. Edward Duca (University of Malta) talks about how he used this toolkit to identify justices and injustices in the unique setting of Gzira, Malta. The webinar provides actionable insights that are of interest to practitioners, policy makers or anyone curious about equitable green interventions.
